COVID-19 NOTICE:

Under Public Health guidelines we are able to accept players from other Public Health Units if they are in the same colour zone or better.

COVID & Refund Policy:

Entry into tournament(s) is only reserved with a registration form and full payment or non-refundable deposit (per entry).

Entry is not reserved If:

 

  • Filled out registration form; but no deposit payment
  • Registration form is not completed full
  • Full payment/balance must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the tournament
Refund Policy:

Deposits will not be refunded 3 weeks prior to the tournament

COVID Refund:

If the tournament is canceled due to government regulations, we will be issuing a full refund

Treating all registrations on a first come, first serve basis we remove all subjectivity. Secondly, other teams should not be negatively affected by delinquent accounts not meeting payment deadlines (ie: schedule changes, withdrawn teams, forfeit games, etc,). No teams are exempt from this.
